Sam Middleton is an English science fiction and fantasy author. He graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in English Literature. While there, he was influenced by the epistolary forms of Bram Stoker’s Dracula and Mary Shelly’s Frankenstein. Combining this with his mild obsession with epic fantasy, he wrote Eluthienn, an epistolary epic fantasy novel, part of the ongoing A Tale of the Fromryr series.
His other series, Of Strange Worlds and Stranger Tales, is a collection of sci-fi and fantasy short stories, some of which are interlinked, and others are standalone. It includes the novella, The Lazarat Moon, also part of the A Tale of the Fromryr series.
Most of the time Sam lives in the UK, but he will occasionally disappear for several months – usually to blast out some writing, and usually to somewhere with more sun.
